Amplitude (S4) and phase (sigma phi) scintillation data computed on the ground by CDAAC. Each file contains continuous data from one GPS satellite (small data gaps are allowed). Data are based on 50 Hz observations and are provided every second with a running 10-second average. Note that these data are only available for time periods when S4 exceeds the GNSS receiver specified S4 threshold.
