One second ionospheric occultation data in COSMIC BINEX 0x7f
format. This format is identical to that used for high rate
atmospheric data. All that is different between the two files is the
data rate specification, which for 1 second ionospheric data would
appear as 1 Hz. This data file contains all data from the receiver taken at the ionospheric data rate (one
second for GPS/MET and CHAMP; this filetype does not exist for COSMIC).
